The aspects of using analogical reasoning in legal argumentation that have been restated in legislation procedure and their conformity to the laws of logical reasoning and the premises of the basic laws of logical argumentation that are objectively and do not depend on whether you know about them humanity are considered. The special attention is given to the use of analogy in the proving process and the importance of compliance with the rules of logical reasoning.
